From which I learned that Clippy has different names in various countries, for instance:
- Office Assistant – Wikipedia (official Clippit, colloquial: Clippy)
- Karl Klammer (Microsoft) – Wikipedia
Can you imagine the last Office versions that contained it were 2003 (Windows) and 2004 (OS X).
Note that a the JavaScript Clippy fiddle at [Wayback/Archive] ClippyJS – Add Clippy or his friends to any website for instant nostalgia vanished somewhere in 2023, but
