Anonymously adding a site to the Google Search Engine seems only possible through non-Dutch end-points

I was trying to figure out a way to add a non-indexed URL to the Google Search Engine.
It turns out I could not find English end-points to do that, just non-English ones like:
- [Wayback/Archive] Google: Voeg je site toe (on
google.nl) - [Wayback/Archive] Google: Voeg je site toe (on
google.com) - [Wayback/Archive] Google: Adiciona sua URL
- [Wayback/Archive] Google: Adicionar URL
- [Wayback/Archive] Google: Legg til webadresse
Based on the above end-points, you might guest that these below work too:
- https://www.google.com/intl/en/add_url.html
- https://www.google.com/intl/en-US/add_url.html
- https://www.google.com/intl/en-us/add_url.html
They don’t: you get a nice http 404 result.
