Irrational measuring stick: The Venn Diagram of pseudoscientific nonsense – Genetic Literacy Project

[Wayback/Archive] Irrational measuring stick: The Venn Diagram of pseudoscientific nonsense – Genetic Literacy Project has some explanation on the incarnation of the below cool diagram on various incarnations of four basic sets or bollocks: Religion, Quackery, Pseudoscience and the Paranormal. The center of the diagram should not surprise anyone:
A nice tribute to both this diagram and the other works of Crispian is at [Wayback/Archive] Crispian Jago Strikes Again – The Venn Diagram of Irrational Nonsense.
At the time of writing, Chrispian survived Stage 4 Kidney cancer since December 2015 and move from [Wayback/Archive] Crispian Jago #FBPE (@Crispian_Jago) to [Wayback/Archive] Crispian Jago (@CrispianJago@mastodonapp.uk) – Mastodon App UK.
When this post gets published, hopefully he survived the 10 year mark. When I’m alive, I have crossed the 5 year mark surviving some 75% of my peer group.
I admire Chrispian for being a much better writer than I am, so be sure to read his blog on coping with cancer:

Back to his diagram
A more recent version, translations (Croatian, Italian, Portugese) and elaboration are at [Wayback/Archive] Crispian Jago – The Venn Diagram of Irrational Nonsense.
I was not really surprised it rated 1st his list of popularity of his diagrams as you can see in his 2018 series of 6 tweets each referring to the place in his original blog where each diagram was posted:
- [Wayback/Archive] (1/6) My original blog (The Reason Stick) has just had its 4 millionth page view. To celebrate here are my all time top 5 most popular posts…”

BTW: in some parts I like The Periodic Table of Irrational Nonsense more than the The Venn Diagram of Irrational Nonsense as it is an HTML table where most elements link to corresponding blog entries that Chrispian wrote.
