Some notes on the TEAC CA-200 OEM Dell card reader

Posted by jpluimers on 2024/10/07

My Twitter thread from a while ago on the TEAC CA-200 IEM Dell card reader which I based on my own pictures and these searches:

Here we go (also threaded at [Wayback/Archive] Thread by @jpluimers on Thread Reader App):

  1. [Wayback/Archive] Had some TEAC CA-200 lying around (which are Dell OEM multi-card readers). They have USB motherboard connector that has different connector locking than normal motherboards. So I cut those away and now they fit in a regular motherboard. They also use a non-standard orange color.
