It took me a while to find, but the canonical URL is Source: [Wayback/Archive] Google – My Activity – Your YouTube Comments
It was a relatively short queste:
- [Wayback/Archive] view your youtube comments – Google Search

- the link in the 4th nested comment https://myactivity.google.com/page?hl=en&page=youtube_comments of which you can omit the hl=en& bit to become https://myactivity.google.com/page?page=youtube_comments
- the first comment pointing to [Wayback/Archive] How to Find All Your Comments on YouTube which references [Archive] https://www.youtube.com/feed/history/comment_history which in turn redirects to the My Activity link at the top of this blog post.
