Read the new DropBox Terms of Service, and consider opting out of the new “Forced Arbitration” section (via: @Consumerist)

If you use DropBox, you might want to consider to opt out from the new “Forced Arbitration” part of their revised Terms of Service.

Or switch to copy.com which offers more storage, and not such a legal limitation in their ToS.
Though the 2 gigabyte Twitter promotion has ended, they do give you:
- 15 gigabyte standard
- 5 gigabyte extra when you sign up through a referral (like mine https://copy.com?r=3NGul6)
- 5 gigabyte extra for each referral you perform.
- Fair Storage: sharing 6 gigabyte with 3 users, will only charge 2 gigabyte per user (unlike DropBox which charges 6 gigabytes for all three users).
- View the history of a file from within Mac OS X Finder or Windows Explorer
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
Copy.com even has a Migrate from another Service option using the services provided by Mover.io…
