Yes there is, but it only does code editor commands. It’s been there since at least 1998 (read Delphi 4), probably all 32-bit versions and maybe even the 16-bit Delphi 1 version.

And I have used them quite often, especially when converting API headers, because they make it so easy to change similar code line by line by line, e.g. to convert a large constant array from C to Pascal syntax, etc.
