Cool: [Archive.is/WayBack] em-dosbox – Windows 3.11 on the Web.

Via [WayBack] JRWR – Forrest F. on Twitter: “I love this thing, http://vrcade.io/win311 Boots into Windows 3.11 with a internet connection (over a fake modem!)”

  1. I had a blogpost where i booted into Windows 10 via qemu that i compiled to wasm, pretty neat, although too slow for any practical purposes :)

Windows 3.1? That’s nothing. Every day that I use the latest versions of Microsoft products, I swear I still see dialog boxes from Windows 3.0. And even the dialog boxes that have been modernized in things like SQL Server, still often open at a size and with column widths that are meant for a 1024×768 screen, or less.
