GitHub – glotlabs/gdrive: Google Drive CLI Client

On my list of tools to play around with: [Wayback/Archive] GitHub – glotlabs/gdrive: Google Drive CLI Client
With a warning though from the documentation (emphasis mine):
Gdrive saves your account credentials and tokens under
$HOME/.config/gdrive3/. You don’t usually need to use these files directly, but if someone gets access to them, they will also be able to access your Google Drive. Keep them safe.
and from the gdrive2 prior version more elaborate documentation [Wayback/Archive] GitHub – prasmussen/gdrive: Google Drive CLI Client:
This repository is not maintained anymore. Gdrive 3 is its successor.
…
The first time gdrive is launched (i.e. run
gdrive aboutin your terminal not justgdrive), you will be prompted for a verification code. The code is obtained by following the printed url and authenticating with the google account for the drive you want access to. This will create a token file inside the.gdrivefolder in your home directory. Note that anyone with access to this file will also have access to your google drive.
