R&D at Embarcadero is working on a 64bit iOS compiler, oh well actually 2 of them, also C++. We’ll support 64bit and “universal binaries” (bundling both 32 and 64 bit binaries) requested by Apple. The Feb 1st requirement is only for new apps, not for updating existing ones, but still we are trying to make a solution available by that time. The roadmap describes the entire year, more than the individual release. This time around we are trying to have it public by January, covering what we expect to deliver in 2015.
Reuse the VB.NET built-in Replace Function (Visual Basic) which works at least as of Visual Studio 2003 (.NET 1.1) and probably in Visual Studio 2002 (.NET 1.0, which I don’t have any more)
Today I remembered I lied a tiny bit. I did a one-off appearance in the field during the final performance of our show “The Musketeer“.
Watch me in the below video sneaking in from the back left into the show (at slightly after 16 minutes 10 seconds) and getting shot (at around the 16 minute 50 mark).
This performance in 2011 ended two seasons of The Musketeer which was one of our World Music Contest award winning shows. This time at WMC 2009 (our marching performance even got us to Wikipedia).

Vandaag het oefenmateriaal voor morgen doorgenomen:
Plek nummer 49. Set nummers 0..35.
