The below links helped me clean the Google Drive of a friend that grew way too large because TomTom HOME decided to put 100 gigabyte of data in the Documents folder instead of the local AppData folder (yup, this is a follow-up of Windows applications: storing your data in the correct place (Roaming, Local, LocalLow, not Documents)).
The trick with extensions to exclude is you have to add exclusions before syncing. Which is a kind of catch-22 or chicken and egg problem.
In case of the friend I helped we made a backup of the TomTom HOME data, then applied the exclusions and restored the data.
For TomTom HOME in order not to fill your Google Drive, but still allow backing up your Documents folder, these are extensions you might want to exclude (roughly in descending order of space) where you have to mind not storing any of these extensions in other subfolders of your Documents folder.:

The problem with this? Google Backup and Sync does not allow that many exclusion extensions.

The crux seems to be a combination of these parameters to do outgoing rate-limiting, for instance with these values:
default_destination_concurrency_limit = 30
default_destination_rate_delay = 5s
Here default_destination_concurrency_limit needs to be larger than one (so mails are grouped by domain) in order for the default_destination_rate_delay to have any effect at all.
You can even extend this to named transports as per [Wayback] Postfix Users – Create Custom Mail Queue answered by [Wayback] Ralf Hildebrandt

That’s not needed. Create a custom transport for the destination.
Then use
<nameofcustomtransport>_destination_rate_delay = 120s

Postfix Configuration Parameters: default_destination_rate_delay
default_destination_rate_delay (default: 0s)
The default amount of delay that is inserted between individual message deliveries to the same destination and over the same message delivery transport. Specify a non-zero value to rate-limit those message deliveries to at most one per $default_destination_rate_delay.
The resulting behavior depends on the value of the corresponding per-destination recipient limit.

Time units: s (seconds), m (minutes), h (hours), d (days), w (weeks). The default time unit is s (seconds).
NOTE: the delay is enforced by the queue manager. The delay timer state does not survive “postfix reload” or “postfix stop“.
Use transport_destination_rate_delay to specify a transport-specific override, where transport is the master.cf name of the message delivery transport.
NOTE: with a non-zero _destination_rate_delay, specify a transport_destination_concurrency_failed_cohort_limit of 10 or more to prevent Postfix from deferring all mail for the same destination after only one connection or handshake error.
This feature is available in Postfix 2.5 and later.

Aan die afdeling heb ik momenteel veel, want ik zit in een flink dal na mijn (voorlopig succesvolle) behandelingen tegen uitgezaaide endeldarmkanker. Ik ben schoon, maar het hoofd is vol (ook met alle andere dingen die er sinds 2017 in ons leven gebeurd zijn) en ook fysiek is het enorm wennen aan een lichaam dat zich heel anders gedraagt dan voor ik kanker kreeg.

Long story short: in many countries, flight operators overload larger and larger portions of their country with excessive noise levels. Somehow they seem to circumvent regulations over and over again.
The Netherlands is no exception, having regulations based on noise “estimates” instead of measurements, and the measurements that are done being owned by the flight operators.
A while ago, the public started to do their own measurements, for instance by the Explane app which relies on the OpenSky Network for flight data.
Living near to an airport that has sleeping slots for their surrounding inhabitants (some 1.5 million plus people) of roughly 23:00-02:00 and 02:30-06:00) the public cost are ever increasing, especially with the planned opening of a new airport causing the split of the flight paths to affect some 5 million inhabitants, I decided to at least feed the OpenSky Network for better coverage of large parts of the sky around the first and second airport.

Gebruik vanaf 2022 de nieuwe rekenmodule
U gebruikt de nieuwe rekenmodule vanaf 1 januari 2022 ook als de aanvraag over geleverde zorg in 2021 gaat. Meer informatie over de rekenmodule leest u in het Voorschrift Zorgtoewijzing en op onze website [Wayback/Archive].

Zo werkt de rekenmodule
De rekenmodule bevat een aantal stappen om te komen tot een beoordeling. Dit zijn de stappen:
- Vul opname, VPT, MPT of DTV in
- Vul het geïndiceerde zorgprofiel in
- Vul in of uw cliënt gebruik maakt van een pgb.
Zo ja, vul dan in of de rekenmodule is afgestemd met uw cliënt.
- Vul de zorg in natura in
Vult u meer dan 6 regels aan zorg voor meerdere zorgaanbieders? Maak dan eerst een regel aan per zorgaanbieder met de AGB-code. Pas daarna vult u de rekenmodule verder aan
- Bepaal de doelmatigheid. Is de aanvraag niet doelmatig? Vul dan de reden van extra budget in
- Bepaal of u de rekenmodule moet opsturen. Een onderbouwing hiervoor kunt u kwijt op het tabblad ‘Adviesformulier’.
Kijk voor de volledige werkwijze en uitleg op het tabblad ‘Werkwijze rekenmodule’ in de rekenmodule zelf.
Bij een combinatie ZIN met persoonsgebonden budget (pgb) is een rekenmodule noodzakelijk
Op de rekenmodule geeft u aan of de invulling van zorg en de verdeling van ZIN en pgb is afgestemd met de klant. Als er iets wijzigt in het percentage ZIN, heeft dit namelijk gevolgen voor de hoogte van het pgb. En dus voor de zorg die de klant kan inkopen met het pgb.

De rekenmodule is voldoende om een combinatie ZIN en pgb aan te vragen
Wil de klant van volledig ZIN of volledig pgb naar een combinatie van ZIN en pgb? Of is er een nieuwe verdeling van ZIN en pgb nodig? Dan hoeft de klant en/of vertegenwoordiger geen omzettingsformulier aan te leveren bij het zorgkantoor.

I’ve written about link rot quite a few times (it even has a category on my blog).
Preventing it is important, as it improves user experience.
For most users this is an unconscious thing when it works and becomes consciously annoying when it fails.
Some user groups are vocal enough to force you to fix link rot after the fact, causing brand reputation damage.
