Couldn’t find earlier Whyatt comics than the copy at “How machine learning actually works – 9GAG”

The original by [Wayback/Archive] Tim Whyatt must be older than the one on the right published on 9GAG, but I couldn’t find it, so the below inks will have to do as the 2022/2023 I found on Twitter (with the picture further below) seemed to be more original:
- 2021 [Wayback/Archive] How machine learning actually works – 9GAG
- 2022[Wayback/Archive] Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic on Twitter: “Nice example of supervised machine learning gone wrong despite no human bias in the training data The problem is bigger in #HR as #AI is often trained with biased data: it’s easier to classify people as “daddy” than “high performers”, “talented”, or “leader” TX @LewisGarrad”
- 2022 [Wayback/Archive] Artur Olesch on Twitter: “#Machinelearning… (author: Whyatt) “
- 2023 [Wayback/Archive] Jilles Groenendijk on Twitter: “…”
It’s fitting to see the Machine Learning mocking a few years before ChatGPT and other Large Language Models based Machine Learning web sites.
By now I really wonder how much they have involved as back then they were in a state of pity. There were many examples like for instance [Wayback/Archive] Microsoft Kills Bing AI’s ChatGPT-Powered Alter Ego Sydney.
