Not sure why, but I checked a few of my systems and no file at %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\PowerShell\PSReadline\ConsoleHost_history.txt
Heck: no ConsoleHost_history.txt
files on those systems anywhere.
